Muscat: On Thursday, the Royal Academy of Management celebrated the graduation of 24 trainers from the "Certified Trainer in Leadership Training" program. The objective of the program was to enhance the participants' skills and elevate their training effectiveness to an international standard of professionalism, under the guidance of highly skilled specialists and experts in the field.
This program is a part of the National Program for Leadership Development and Future Foresight, which is implemented by the Royal Academy of Management in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance (Partnership for Development Programme) and supervised by the Eller Center for Executive Education Programs at the University of Arizona.
His Excellency Mahmoud bin Abdullah Al-Awaini, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Finance, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Partnership for Development Program, and the sponsor of the event, stated, "The implementation of this comprehensive program in partnership with the University of Arizona aims to enhance the functional and institutional performance system by creating a community of trainers capable of transferring knowledge, skills, and administrative and leadership experiences to national cadres."
The program included trainers from various government entities and the private sector, spanning a duration of two years. It encompassed a knowledge journey consisting of numerous discussion panels and educational modules. It is worth mentioning that the Royal Academy of Management has planned several programs and initiatives for the year 2024, targeting diverse leadership segments in both public and private sector institutions. These include the Future Readiness for Future Leaders program, which aims to identify talents and strengthen the community of future leaders, as well as the National CEO Program, which aims to prepare exceptional Omani CEOs on a global scale.
