Twenty Second-class Public Prosecutors Take Oath Of Office

The Supreme Judicial Council held a ceremony today where 20 second-class public prosecutors were sworn into office. The event was presided over by Sayyid Mohammed Sultan Al Busaidi, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council, and attended by Attorney General Nasr Khamis Al Sowa’ee.

The swearing-in ceremony was conducted in accordance with Article (11) of the Public Prosecution Law, as stipulated by Royal Decree No. (92/99), which sets out the procedures for inducting public prosecutors into the judicial system and ensuring that officials carry out their duties with fairness and impartiality.

Al Busaidi emphasized the importance of the judiciary putting forth their utmost efforts, utilizing their skills to uphold justice, following judicial guidelines, and continuously expanding their knowledge and expertise through ongoing education and training.
