State Council Office Reviews Standing Panels’ Programme

Muscat: The State Council Office convened on Sunday for a review of its standing committee's agenda, which encompasses the discussion of proposals and studies scheduled for debate in the second regular session of the Council's Eighth Term.

This agenda review session was conducted during the sixth meeting of the initial regular session of the Eighth Term, presided over by Salim Musallam Qatan, the Deputy Chairman of the State Council. During this time, the bureau addressed discussions on the Council of Ministers' response to their report on "Efficiency of Public Spending in the Sultanate of Oman," as well as other reports submitted by Council members detailing their international visits.

The session was also attended by the Secretary-General of the Council.
