Muscat: On Tuesday, the State Council's sub-committee, established to examine the preliminary version of the Public Health Law, which was subsequently referred to the State Council by the Council of Ministers, convened a series of meetings with officials from the Ministry of Health.
The proceedings were led by Dr. Sana Abdulrahman Al Khanjari, the Chairperson of the State Council’s Social and Cultural Committee.
During the session, the committee delved into fundamental aspects and principles concerning public health services within the Sultanate of Oman, the responsibilities of the Ministry of Health in overseeing popular and alternative medicine, and strategies for regulating blood services. Additionally, the committee explored techniques for food manufacturing.
