Muscat: The Social Protection Fund has provided clarification regarding the distribution of an additional pension for eligible beneficiaries whose pensions fall below OMR 350.
In alignment with the benevolent directives of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, may God safeguard him, the Fund has announced that the additional pension will be disbursed prior to the standard pension payment date.
This additional pension will include:
- Death pensions
- Retirement pensions
- Non-occupational disability pensions
- Total occupational disability pensions
The Social Protection Fund expressed its appreciation to His Majesty the Sultan for his generosity and concern, offering prayers for His Majesty’s continued well-being and for the ongoing security and prosperity of Oman.
