Muscat: Today, the Ministry of Social Development and Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) convened for their annual meeting to discuss their collaborative program aimed at fostering a culture of volunteer work among university students in various social work institutions.
Chaired by Laila Ahmed Al Najjar, Minister of Social Development, and HH Sayyid Dr. Fahad Al Julanda Al Said, SQU Vice-Chancellor, the meeting took place at the ministry.
During the meeting, several aspects pertaining to the joint conference between the Ministry and the University were reviewed. Additionally, discussions were held on mechanisms to enhance the research capabilities of researchers in the Ministry, as well as cooperation in the field of scientific research and studies.
