Muscat: In collaboration with the Maritime Security Center, a multitude of military, security, and civilian agencies are persistently engaged in joint endeavors aimed at the search and rescue of missing fishermen at sea, with the involvement of the families of the citizens.
An Omani fishing vessel was previously reported as missing, carrying two individuals. This incident occurred in the northeast region, near the Qurum area, within the Muscat Governorate.
In response to this, a comprehensive joint search and rescue operation was initiated in coordination with all relevant authorities. The fishing vessel was subsequently located, and ongoing joint search and rescue operations are being conducted to ensure the safety of the crew.
