Muscat: Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs, HH Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al Said, bestowed aviation wings upon pilot officers upon successful completion of their flight training course.
HH Sayyid Shihab presented Flying Officer Khalid Hamad Al Majrafi with His Majesty the Sultan’s Cup for Aviation after achieving the highest position in the course.
In attendance were Air Vice Marshal Khamis Hamad Al Ghafri, who serves as the Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO), Air Commodore Khalid Mohammed Al Abri, the Director General of Operations, and Air Commodore Yaqoub Rashid Al Maamari, the Director General of Administration and Human Resources at the RAFO Command.
