Satisfaction Rate In Oman’s Healthcare Services At 81.8%

Muscat: The Community Satisfaction Survey for Healthcare Services saw a significant increase of 8.4% in 2025, with an 81.8% approval rating compared to 73.4% in 2023.

Amid the NCSI's enthusiasm for measuring public service quality indices, the survey revealed a gap in satisfaction levels between government and private health institutions, with an 80% satisfaction rate for government institutions and an 85% rate for private establishments.

The poll findings revealed that expatriates' satisfaction with healthcare services was 87%, compared to 79% for citizens.

The survey is part of NCSI's efforts to promote transparency and motivation among departments in order to improve health service quality and achieve the health and quality of life goals of "Oman Vision 2040. "

The second edition of the Community Satisfaction Survey in Oman for 2025 seeks to assess the level of community satisfaction with the services provided by the country's health centres based on six pillars.

They are satisfied with the overall quality of health services, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, appointments, and the cost of treatment.

The survey included a sample of citizens and expatriates living in Oman. The survey was done to the highest statistical standards to guarantee accurate and unbiased findings.
