Salalah: The Ministry of Labour has organized a forum dedicated to the development of human resources, with a particular emphasis on their sustainability.
The inaugural ceremony of this two-day event took place within the framework of Salim Musallam Qutn's leadership, as the Deputy Chairman of the State Council.
The attendees of the forum presented detailed analyses on five principal subjects: "The Challenges Posed by Globalization and Their Effects on the Sustainability of Both National and Private Institutions and Projects"; "The Re-Engineering of Human Resources Management Processes to Align with Sustainability Standards"; "The Application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Human Resources Management"; "The Importance of Proper Social Upbringing and its Role in the Enhancement of Human Resources"; and "The Implementation of Mental Health Strategies in the Workplace".
The first day of the forum was marked by the presentation of working papers on two significant topics: "The Future of Institutions and Leadership Amidst Digital Transition"; and "The Development of Strategies for Fostering Innovation and Leadership in Human Resources to Ensure Institutional Sustainability".
