Muscat: In collaboration with "Saïd Business School (University of Oxford) and the Royal Academy of Administration (RAA)," on Monday, the implementation of the "Programme on the Future of Work in the Government Sector of GCC States" commenced.
This initiative aims to equip public sector leaders with the requisite knowledge, skills, concepts, and tools essential for transforming visions and strategies into concrete outcomes.
The programme encompasses two distinct tracks. The initial track focuses on both synchronous and asynchronous distance learning, while the second track emphasizes in-person learning experiences. These include workshops, intellectual sessions with experts and government leaders, and field visits.
