Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has confiscated 98 vehicles in the Muscat Governorate as part of a campaign targeting traffic infractions and disruptions to public order.
According to the Directorate General of Traffic, the Muscat Governorate Police Command, in collaboration with Special Tasks Police Units in Seeb and Qurum, impounded the vehicles for various offenses, including breaches of traffic laws, excessive noise levels, and disturbances to public peace. This initiative is part of the ROP's continuous efforts to bolster security and uphold public order. Legal actions are currently being processed against the offenders.
