ROP Conducts Medical Evacuation For Toddler In South Al Batinah

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) recently conducted a medical evacuation for a one-and-a-half-year-old child who had sustained severe third-degree burns. The young toddler was swiftly transported from the remote Wadi Bani Awf area in the Wilayat of Rustaq to Rustaq Hospital, located in the South Al Batinah Governorate.

The Directorate General of Health Services in South Al Batinah Governorate has announced that the Medical Response Sector team, in collaboration with the Royal Oman Police, successfully conducted a medical evacuation of a one-and-a-half-year-old child. The child had sustained third-degree burns in the Wadi Bani Awf area, located in the Wilayat of Rustaq. The evacuation was necessary due to road interruptions, and the child was safely transported to Rustaq Hospital.
