Rear Admiral Saif Nasser Al Rahbi, Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO), welcomed Brig. Gen. Talal Alkandri, Commander of the Combined Task Force (CTF 152), and his delegation to his office at Al Murtafa’a Garrison today. This visit is part of their current trip to the Sultanate of Oman.
During their meeting, both parties discussed various maritime issues of mutual interest.
Additionally, Brig. Gen. Talal Alkandri and his delegation visited the Maritime Security Centre (MSC) today. Upon their arrival, they were received by Commodore Adil Hamoud Al Busaidi, Head of the MSC.
The delegation received a briefing on the tactical roles and responsibilities of the centre in ensuring the safety of the Omani maritime environment. They also had the opportunity to tour the centre's facilities and observe the latest equipment and technologies employed in fulfilling its national duties.
