People's Satisfaction On Quality Of Services High In Muscat

The survey, carried out by the Muscat Governor's Office, aimed to gauge the satisfaction of citizens and residents in the capital region. The findings indicate that a significant 63% of individuals in the area are content with the progress of different initiatives and projects within the governorate.

Recently launched, the survey was designed to gauge the satisfaction of community members with the services offered, assess the quality of different services, and identify areas for improvement in order to meet the needs and aspirations of citizens and residents.

The survey also assessed the satisfaction of recipients of essential services currently available in the governorate. It was categorized into five main areas: removal of illegal state property encroachments, execution of diverse development projects, government electronic services under Oman Vision 2040, municipal permit services, and various reforestation initiatives in Muscat Governorate to address climate change and global warming.

The survey results indicate that beneficiaries are highly satisfied with the various services provided, with encouraging percentages across the board. Specifically, the satisfaction rate among beneficiaries of the governorate's efforts to remove illegal possessions reached 74 per cent, while development projects' implementation and provision of electronic services both scored 63 per cent. Municipal license services also received a 63 per cent satisfaction rate, while afforestation efforts reached an impressive 83 per cent satisfaction rate. 

These results demonstrate the commitment of Muscat Governorate and its official representatives to improving and developing services for individuals and society as a whole. It also underscores the importance of conducting regular surveys to gauge the opinions of citizens and residents, and using this feedback to guide efforts in achieving the highest levels of quality and satisfaction in the governorate's services, according to a spokesperson from the Office of the Governor.
