Over 20 Establishments Referred To Public Prosecution For Violating Labour Law

Over 20 businesses in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate have been reported to the public prosecution for breaching the Omani Labour Law, as confirmed by the Ministry of Labour. 

The Office of the Joint Inspection Team in the General Directorate of Labour took action by referring 25 establishments to the Public Prosecution in the Second District of Al Wusta Governorate for failing to comply with the regulations outlined in the Omani Labour Law and related ministerial decisions. Legal actions are currently being pursued against these businesses.
