An expatriate was apprehended by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) for theft of gold jewelry from a residence in the Wilayat of Bidiyah, North Al Sharqiyah Governorates.
According to a statement from ROP, "The North Al Sharqiyah Governorate Police Command has detained an individual of Asian descent for the theft of gold jewelry from a residence in the Wilayat of Bidiyah. Legal actions are currently underway against the suspect."
