The Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit, in collaboration with Alizz Islamic Bank, has released three guidelines today focusing on "quality management and institutional excellence", "institutional innovation", and "application of Lean process improvement methodology". The ceremony marking the launch of these guidelines was overseen by HH Sayyid Kamil bin Fahd Al Said, Secretary-General at the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers.
In his address at the event, Sayyid Dr. Munthir Hilal Al Busaidi, Deputy Chairman of Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit, highlighted that the issuance of these guidelines demonstrates the joint efforts of the Unit and its partners to assist government service departments.
Sayyid Dr. Munthir emphasized the provision of enablers in line with global best practices, aiming to enhance the government system to meet beneficiary expectations and boost the competitiveness of the Sultanate of Oman.
Furthermore, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed during the ceremony between Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit and Alizz Islamic Bank, focusing on fostering private sector involvement in the goals of Oman Vision 2040.
