Ankara: A joint discussion session took place in Ankara between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Türkiye.
The Omani delegation was led by Maj. General Idris Abdulrahman Al Kindi, who serves as the Secretary-General of the National Security Council at the Diwan of Royal Court. On the other hand, the Turkish delegation was led by Okay Memiş, the Secretary-General of the National Security Council.
During the session, both parties reiterated their dedication to the strong strategic partnership that exists between their nations. They also underscored the importance their leaders place on enhancing bilateral relations, which are founded on trust and mutual respect.
The discussions covered various topics of shared interest, particularly focusing on the significance of ensuring security and stability within the region.
Maj. General Idris Abdulrahman Al Kindi, Secretary-General of the National Security Council, also engaged in several bilateral meetings with officials from the Republic of Türkiye.
