Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI), will participate in the inaugural investment conference between the GCC states and the Kingdom of Jordan, known as the First GCC-Jordan Investment Conference.
This event is set to take place at the King Hussein Convention Centre located at the Dead Sea in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Faisal Abdullah Al Rawas, Chairman of OCCI and the GCC Federation of Chambers, emphasized the importance of the conference in strengthening economic and investment collaboration between the GCC nations and Jordan. The conference aims to showcase promising investment opportunities and foster partnerships between the public and private sectors.
Additionally, the OCCI will be involved in the 65th meeting of the Board of Directors of the GCC Federation of Chambers, which will occur alongside the conference.
This meeting will address critical topics concerning the enhancement of intra-GCC cooperation in areas such as economy, trade, industry, and investment, as well as the incentives available for the private sector.
