Oman To Launch Electronic Platform For Complaints And Suggestions By 2025

Muscat: The Follow-up and Implementation Unit of Oman Vision 2040 has formally announced the commencement of an electronic platform intended to facilitate the submission of complaints and suggestions concerning government services, scheduled for a launch in 2025. This endeavor is in direct alignment with the directives issued by His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik.

Hilal bin Abdullah Al Hinai, the Director General of the Quality and Government Excellence Department, has elucidated that the primary objective of this platform is to augment service delivery and elevate the satisfaction levels of beneficiaries. It represents a pivotal element in the realization of the vision's objectives, especially in the effective management of the state's administrative machinery and resources.

The platform is engineered to bolster the government's digital transformation initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge methodologies and tools, including artificial intelligence. It will establish connections with 45 government service agencies, thereby creating a cohesive framework that guarantees agencies' responsiveness to beneficiary requirements, adhering to predetermined controls and standards.
