Oman, Romania Hold Political Consultations

Bucharest: On the 4th session of political consultations, held in Bucharest, the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Romania convened to deliberate on bilateral relations encompassing investment, commercial exchanges, education, and information technology. Leaders from each nation represented included Sheikh Khalifa Ali Al Harthy, Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Political Affairs, Oman, and Traian Laurențiu Hristea, Secretary of State for Global Affairs and Diplomatic Strategies of Romania's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The discussion centered on possibilities for establishing a direct flight route between Muscat, Oman, and Bucharest, as well as shared perspectives on a variety of regional and international issues of mutual concern. Attendees at the session included Florin Marius Tacu, Romania's Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman, and numerous officials from both delegations.

The dialogue also explored several facets of bilateral cooperation, including discussions led by Al Harthy and Dan Dragoș Drăgan, Romania's Secretary of State within the Ministry of Energy.
