Muscat: On Wednesday, Faisal Abdullah Al Rawas, the Chairman of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI), welcomed Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan.
This meeting aimed to enhance the economic and trade relations between Oman and Afghanistan.
The discussions focused on strategies to strengthen collaboration in trade, investment, and economic sectors, as well as to foster connections in logistics and tourism.
Additionally, they explored ways to support joint initiatives that would drive economic growth. Both parties emphasized the significance of sharing expertise and knowledge in these areas.
The meeting concluded with an agreement to facilitate trade exchanges between the two nations and to leverage existing opportunities for mutual advantage.
