New India Assurance Launches Dedicated Customer Care Centre In Oman

Muscat: In a significant development aimed at improving customer service and engagement, New India Assurance, Oman Operations, has officially opened its cutting-edge Customer Care Centre. The inauguration took place at the New India Assurance Co Ltd, Head Office, Al Hamriya, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, with Amit Narang, the Ambassador of India to Oman, serving as the chief guest.

This Customer Care Centre aligns with New India Assurance’s goal of enhancing customer interactions by offering efficient, 24/7 service. The facility is equipped with the latest technology and staffed by a proficient team, prepared to address the varied needs of its clientele.

The call centre will be entirely operated by Omani personnel who are fluent in Arabic, English, and Hindi, ensuring that customers from various backgrounds can engage comfortably and confidently. This initiative not only promotes Omanisation but also underscores New India Assurance’s dedication to nurturing local talent and delivering outstanding service.

Majid Abdul Rahim Jaffer Al Bahrani, Chairman of Abdul Aziz and Brother’s, Chief Agents for New India Assurance, was unable to attend the ceremony due to prior obligations. Nevertheless, his steadfast support and leadership have been crucial in bringing this initiative to fruition.

In remarks made prior to the launch, Majid Al Bahrani stated, “This Customer Care Centre exemplifies the strong bond between New India Assurance and its clients in Oman. We are dedicated to providing the best service experience for all policyholders.”
