Musqat: The National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) will be conducting the 3rd edition of an opinion poll on beneficiaries' satisfaction with government services starting from Monday, 24 June. The survey is scheduled to continue until 30 November 2024.
This survey is designed to gather feedback from customers regarding the services offered by government entities, evaluate their satisfaction levels in terms of service delivery, assess opinions on electronic services, and determine areas for improvement in service quality.
Conducted via telephone, the opinion poll targets a random sample of customers from government entities between the last quarter of 2023 and the first quarter of 2024, based on specific criteria for evaluating government services.
