This forum, organized by the Ministry of Labour, stands as a pivotal initiative under the Oman Vision 2040 framework, dedicated to augmenting governmental performance and elevating the caliber of services throughout the nation's administrative structures.

The awards ceremony took place under the esteemed patronage of Ahmed bin Saleh al Rashdi, the Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs, at the St Regis Al Mouj Hotel.

Leading the Muscat Municipality's triumphant entry was Nouf bint Sulaiman al Kindiyah, a distinguished statistical researcher at the General-Directorate of Planning and Investment.

Al Kindi's application of statistical quality research to an administrative process within the Marketing and Investor Relations Department was instrumental in measuring the completion rate of tasks within a specified timeframe, utilizing the DMAIC methodology.

This methodology was meticulously designed to achieve continuous enhancement in administrative processes and to mitigate the occurrence of errors.

Ahmed bin Mohammed al Humaidi, the Chairman of Muscat Municipality, expressed his profound pride in the municipality's recognition, stating, "We are honored to receive this award for the exemplary application of statistical quality research. This achievement underscores our steadfast commitment to improving governmental performance and the quality of services rendered to the community. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all members of the team who have contributed to this remarkable success."

The National System for Institutional Innovation and Change Management is dedicated to establishing a methodology for the dissemination of best practices and research among various governmental entities. It serves as a pivotal platform for enhancing governmental performance by facilitating the exchange of successful administrative practices between the public and private sectors, thereby enabling knowledge transfer and the creation of a comprehensive database of studies.

Nouf bint Sulaiman al Kindiyah expressed her profound gratitude for the opportunity to represent Muscat Municipality at such a distinguished event, stating, "This award is a testament to our team's relentless efforts to refine administrative processes and ensure the delivery of the highest standard of service to the community."
