The electronic certification service for residential rental contracts simplifies the legal process for disputes related to rental contracts, as well as regulations for commercial and industrial shops, and landlord-tenant relationships. Through the electronic services portal, beneficiaries can also apply for permission to carry out afforestation activities beyond plot limits by submitting the necessary documents electronically to the Customer Services Department.

Smart Lighting System
The Muscat Municipality is currently undertaking a project aimed at replacing the existing lighting infrastructure in key areas and streets with energy-efficient LEDs.
