Muscat: On Wednesday, the Military Technological College (MTC) inaugurated several new technical laboratories.
The ceremony was presided over by Rear Admiral Saif Nasser Al Rahbi, the Commander of the Royal Navy of Oman (RNO) and Chairman of the MTC Board of Directors.
This event aligns with the ongoing modernization and enhancement of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF) during the prosperous reign of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander, and is part of the initiative to improve the college's educational framework.
The distinguished guest received a presentation detailing the development phases of the college's technical laboratories.
This project supports the goals of Oman Vision 2040 and aims to introduce new academic programs in environmentally sustainable energy, artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things, and cybersecurity.
