Muscat: On Thursday, the Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index (30) increased by 0.6 points, reflecting a rise of 0.01% to finish at 4,305.05 points, up from 4,304.44 points in the previous session on Wednesday.
The total trading value was OMR3,462,451, marking a decline of 29.9% compared to the last session's OMR4,937,418.
According to the report from MSX, the market capitalization was recorded at OMR27.17 billion.
Additionally, the report indicated that non-Omani investors purchased shares worth OMR189,000, which accounts for 5.47% of the total. Conversely, the value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached OMR320,000, representing 9.25%. Consequently, the net investment from non-Omani sources fell by 3.79% to OMR131,000.
