Muscat: In collaboration with the Ministry of Defence and various military and security agencies, the Ministry of Labour officially introduced a new recruitment and employment system called “Tazamun” on Wednesday. The launch ceremony took place at Mu'askar Al Murtafa’a Garrison, presided over by Labour Minister Dr. Mahad Said Ba'Owain.
The event featured a visual presentation of the “Tazamun” system, highlighting initiatives aimed at supporting jobseekers and enhancing national service.
Yahya Mohammed Al Batashi, Director of the Department of “Other Units” at the Ministry of Labour, provided insights into the new employment and recruitment framework.
The ceremony was attended by Dr. Mohammed Nasser Al Za'abi, Secretary General of the Ministry of Defence, along with undersecretaries and senior officials from the Sultan's Armed Forces (SAF), as well as representatives from the Ministry of Defence and other military and security organizations.
