Muscat: In an effort to enhance collaboration with service providers and improve the quality of services offered to citizens, the Wali of Muscat Office convened a meeting with Nama Supply Company on Tuesday. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss potential cooperation and to review the latest developments in the supply sector.
The discussions underscored the significance of institutional partnerships and the mutual interest in fostering direct communication with the local community. Identifying key challenges faced by subscribers, particularly in Muscat wilayat, was a focal point of the meeting.

The meeting was attended by Ali bin Said Al Saidi, Wali of Muscat, along with several sheikhs, community leaders, representatives from charitable organizations, volunteer groups, the Omani Women Association, and various relevant government bodies.
During the session, Nama Supply Company presented a visual overview of its initiatives to monitor service quality and assess subscriber satisfaction. The presentation addressed challenges encountered by specific groups, particularly those in default, and proposed a range of solutions and support options, including a special pricing structure for low-income individuals.
