Muscat: Today, Minister of Interior, Sayyid Hamoud Faisal Al Busaidi, convened the inaugural meeting of the year with Governors in Muscat.
In this meeting, the minister expressed his appreciation for the diligent efforts undertaken by the relevant authorities in Oman's governorates. He emphasized the importance of activating the involvement of all sectors to alleviate the consequences of the recent adverse weather conditions that affected certain governorates in Oman.
Furthermore, the meeting delved into various developmental aspects within the governorates. The minister advised the governors to embrace modern technology in a manner that promotes decentralization, streamlines procedures, and fosters community engagement in advancing institutional initiatives.
