Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has extended his congratulations to the Emir of the State of Qatar in a cable sent to mark the National Day of Qatar.
According to the Oman News Agency (ONA), His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik conveyed his best wishes to his brother, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, in celebration of the National Day.
