In a statement issued by the Diwan of Royal Court, His Majesty expresses his deep sorrow and grief, while placing full trust in the divine destiny and judgment of the Almighty Allah. Dr. Ibrahim Raisi was widely recognized for his positive contributions and sincere efforts in promoting understanding, peace, and harmony during his presidency.
The Sultanate of Oman stands in solidarity with the Iranian leadership, government, and people during this time of immense loss, and offers prayers for the departed souls to find eternal peace in Paradise.
