Muscat: On the occasion of the start of Eid Al Adha, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik spoke with Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar, over the phone.
During the telephone conversation, His Majesty Sultan conveyed his best wishes for Sheikh Tamim's good health, prosperity, and happiness. His Majesty also urged the people of Qatar to continue achieving and developing, while also praying for stability and progress for all Muslims worldwide.
Sheikh Tamim offered his best wishes for good health and well-being to His Majesty the Sultan, as well as the return of this and similar occasions in the years to come.
Meanwhile, His Majesty the Sultan exchanged greetings over a phone call with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian.
During this phone, His Majesty conveyed his heartfelt sympathies and best wishes to President Pezeshkian, praying to Allah the Almighty for the return of this auspicious event for both President Pezeshkian and the people of his country as they achieve their goals of greater progress and prosperity.
On his turn, President Masoud Pezeshkian conveyed his heartfelt greetings to His Majesty the Sultan, wishing His Majesty and the Omani people sustained happiness, as well as enduring joy for all Islamic countries.
