Muscat: On Tuesday evening, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik and Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait, participated in a ceremonial exchange of orders and commemorative gifts at Al Alam Palace. This event marked the Emir of Kuwait's visit to Oman.
In recognition of Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah's contributions and the strong fraternal relations between the two nations, His Majesty the Sultan bestowed upon him the prestigious "Al Said Order", Oman's highest honor. Similarly, Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah presented His Majesty the Sultan with the esteemed "Order of Mubarak the Great", Kuwait's most magnificent decoration, as a token of appreciation for His Majesty's leadership and the exceptional ties between their countries.
Furthermore, His Majesty the Sultan presented Sheikh Mishal with a special commemorative gift, an Omani dagger, symbolizing the enduring friendship between Oman and Kuwait.
