Riyadh: HH Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth, participated in the special meeting of the World Economic Forum today.
The event is being held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with the theme "Global Collaboration, Growth and Energy for Development."
Several heads of states, senior international figures, policymakers, and experts from various international and academic organizations are attending the event.
The sessions of the special meeting focused on international cooperation, growth, and energy for development. They discussed economic, geopolitical, and climate issues and challenges to come up with sustainable solutions.
HH Sayyid Theyazin was accompanied by an official delegation including Sultan Salim Al Habsi, Minister of Finance, Abdulsalam Mohammed Al Murshidi, Chairman of Oman Investment Authority, Eng. Said Hamoud Al Ma’awali, Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, HH Sayyid Faisal Turki Al Said, Ambassador of Oman to the KSA, and Mohsen Hamad Al Hadrami, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Energy and Minerals.
