Muscat: The final match of the 53rd edition of His Majesty the Sultan's Hockey Cup for the year 2023 will be sponsored by His Excellency Sayyid Saud bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Governor of Muscat, on commission from His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik. The match will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, at the hockey stadium in the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in Bausher.
Ahli Sidab and Sohar clubs have secured their spots in the final match after their victories in the competition. Ahli Sidab defeated Salalah Club with a score of 2/1 in a thrilling match, where the experience of Ahli Sidab played a crucial role in their victory. Sohar Club, on the other hand, qualified for the final match by defeating Al-Nasr Club with a score of 4/5. Both matches were held at the hockey field in the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in Bausher. The final match will take place the day after tomorrow, Tuesday.
