Foreign Minister, Mongolian Counterpart Explore Means Of Promoting Cooperation

Muscat: Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, the Foreign Minister, welcomed Battsetseg Batmunkh, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, in his office today as part of her official visit to the Sultanate of Oman.

During their discussions, both parties focused on enhancing bilateral relations and identifying new opportunities for collaboration across various sectors, including diplomacy, commerce, and culture.

They also shared perspectives on several regional and international issues of mutual interest.

The Foreign Minister emphasized Oman’s commitment to strengthening ties with Mongolia in areas such as investment, trade, tourism, and both technical and academic cooperation.

In response, the Mongolian minister expressed her country’s eagerness to deepen joint efforts with Oman, commending Oman’s vision in promoting global peace and stability.

The meeting was attended by Bulgan Enkhtuvshin, the Ambassador of Mongolia to Oman, Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al Hosni, Head of the Asian and Pacific Department at the Foreign Ministry, along with several officials from both nations.
