Muscat: Two foreigners were arrested for possessing more than 15,380 bottles and cans of alcoholic drinks when Oman Customs searched a residence for expatriate workers in the Wilayat of Sohar, North Al Batinah Governorate.
Oman Customs announced in a statement that the Compliance and Risk Assessment Department had raided a home housing expatriate workers in Sohar, where a huge amount of alcoholic drinks were being kept. More than 15,380 bottles and cans of alcoholic drinks were seized from two Indian citizens.
