Muscat: The Board of Trustees of the National Museum convened for its twelfth meeting today, presided over by Salim Mohammed Al Mahrouqi, the Minister of Heritage and Tourism, and the Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
During the proceedings, the Board approved the annual report for the year 2024, alongside the annual plan for 2025. Additionally, discussions were held on work plans and programs focused on cultural diplomacy and international cooperation.
Furthermore, the Board deliberated on the recovery of several artefacts and archaeological items in collaboration with the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism.
