His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth, expresses his belief in the capabilities of our first national football team to deliver an exceptional performance and achieve positive outcomes in the upcoming Asian Nations Cup. The tournament will take place in Doha, Qatar, from January 12 to February 10, 2024.
In regards to this participation, His Highness stated, "We understand the level of competition in this continental championship. However, we have faith in the potential and skills of our team players, and we witness their genuine desire to reach the podium and bring pride to their country as honorable heroes."
His Highness encouraged the players of the national team, as well as the technical and administrative staff, to demonstrate sportsmanship of the highest caliber. He advised them to strengthen their determination and foster a spirit of fair competition, showcasing their talents and abilities in a manner that resonates with the passion of their devoted fans and fulfills their ambitious aspirations.
