Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) have apprehended 18 individuals, all of non- Omani nationality, for contravening the labor and residency regulations in Al Buraimi Governorate.
An official declaration disseminated through various online platforms by the ROP has reported: "In an effort to maintain law and order, the Al Buraimi Governorate Police Command has successfully arrested 18 individuals from Asian backgrounds for their violations of labor and residence laws. Legal proceedings against these individuals are currently in progress."
