Winners Of 32nd Edition Of Sultan Qaboos Holy Quran Competition Felicitated

Muscat: At the request of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, Dr. Khamis bin Saif Al Jabri, the Head of the Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-up Unit, led a ceremony on Wednesday at the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque to recognize the winners of the 32nd Sultan Qaboos Holy Quran Competition.

Al Jabri congratulated the top three winners in each of the seven competition levels, as well as the jury members, the Holy Quran community, and participants with disabilities.

The Sultan Qaboos Holy Quran Competition aims to inspire Omanis to memorize the Holy Quran and adhere to its teachings, fostering a generation knowledgeable in the principles of the Holy Book. This includes developing skilled Quran reciters who excel in various reading techniques as per the scholarly traditions. Additionally, the competition seeks to enhance the visibility of the Sultanate of Oman in international Quran contests.
