The University of Technology and Applied Sciences branch in Musandam Governorate was inaugurated in Khasab under the patronage of Dr Mahad bin Said Baowain, Minister of Labour.
Dr Said bin Hamad al Rubaie, President of UTAS, emphasized the importance of providing specialized human resources and technically qualified graduates to support the government's goals.
Dr Ahmed bin Said al Shehri of UTAS Musandam highlighted the commencement of classes for the academic year 2023/2024 in various fields, aiming to equip students with modern knowledge and skills. The opening ceremony was graced by the presence of Sayyid Ibrahim bin Said al Busaidy, Governor of Musandam, and other distinguished guests.
