Muscat: Three individuals have been found guilty of illegal hunting and possession of firearms in a case initiated by the Environment Authority. The Court of Appeal delivered the final ruling, imposing a fine of OMR 5,000 on each defendant. Additionally, one individual was fined an extra OMR 1,000 for having an unlicensed firearm. The court mandated the confiscation of all weapons and ammunition that were seized.
