Muscat: On Wednesday, the Tender Board convened for its inaugural meeting of 2025, during which it approved several tenders and supplementary works aimed at enhancing development projects, amounting to OMR145,274,094.
The meeting was led by Dr. Said Mohammed Al Saqri, Minister of Economy and Chairman of the Tender Board.
Key projects approved included the design and construction of 20 integrated school buildings across various governorates in the Sultanate of Oman (OMR39,711,95), the development of a multi-purpose port in the Wilayat of Masirah within the South A’Sharqiyah Governorate (OMR28,612,449), and a contract to provide Microsoft software licenses to select government institutions for a duration of three years (OMR21,580,376).
