Muscat: In the Wilayat of Muttrah, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) captured six people of Asian descent.
Their capture was brought about by the discovery of a large amount of contraband in their possession.
According to the ROP's statement, the confiscated medications amounted to over 55 kg, comprising 23 kg of marijuana and more than 32 kg of crystal methamphetamine. The accused is now being prosecuted in court.
