Muscat: The Oman-Turkiye Knowledge Dialogue commenced on Monday in Muscat.
This three-day event is organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation in collaboration with the Turkish Embassy in Muscat and the Atatürk Higher Institution of Culture, Language, and History in Turkey.
The primary objective of the event is to strengthen academic and research partnerships between Oman and Turkey, while also identifying opportunities for expertise exchange in innovation and higher education.
The event is being held under the patronage of Dr. Rahma Ibrahim Al Mahrouqi, the Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation.
Dr. Al Mahrouqi emphasized that the Oman-Turkiye Knowledge Dialogue underscores the significance of the longstanding relations between the two nations.
Seventeen Turkish universities are participating, along with various Turkish research and cultural centers and several educational institutions from Oman.
