Dubai: The Sultanate of Oman, through its Ministry of Social Development, actively participated in the Global Women's Forum Dubai 2024, which took place in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
At the forum, Dr. Laila Ahmed Al Najjar, the Minister of Social Development, engaged in a panel discussion centered on the theme “The Future of Social Development: Regional Cooperation and Integration.” This session addressed the challenges and opportunities for enhancing sustainable social development within the region, while also seeking innovative approaches to promote sustainable development, particularly in areas such as social empowerment and inclusivity.
Additionally, Nahla Abdulwahab Al Hamadi, a Member of the State Council, contributed to a panel discussion titled “Women in Parliament: Exceptional Abilities.”
